Self confessed tea and cake addict. After being very kindly taken to the Ritz for Afternoon Tea on my 30th birthday I have ever since been completly addicted to travelling the land and testing the delights on offer. This of course would be fine if I was stick thin or had an over active thyroid, sadly I don’t so in order to combat the effects of the cakes I’ve finally realised I’ve got to get off my bum and get active (and I don’t mean trawling the web for the latest afternoon tea deals!)
